We picked The Terraces out of all the options in Goa for three primary reasons: Design, Space, and Location. The plan is refreshingly different from the standard villas and apartments available in the market. It feels green, natural, and connected to Goa in a way that most other projects aren’t. The sizes of the rooms and private spaces makes our condo eminently livable. It feels like a home where we can spend time and build a life, rather than just another weekend getaway. Since we now live in Goa, the location is perfect: 20 minutes from Panjim, 20 minutes from Mapusa, 10 minutes from Porvorim, but still nestled in a serene and quiet corner that feels far away from the bustle.
